What to bring & wear

ACROFIT’s colours are black and orange, we encourage students to wear these colours with their ACROFIT t-shirts.

 

• ACROFIT t-shirt / jumper (labeled)

• Leotard / crop top (girls)

• Shorts / tights / pants (with stretch)

• No shoe or bare feet policy in studio tumbling area

• ACROFIT socks must be worn at all times in studio

• Sneakers for S&C class (outside grass area only)

• Water bottle (labeled)

• Hair pulled back / neat and tidy

• No excessive jewellery

 

ACROFIT apparel is available at the studio, please see Lilly at the front desk.

Class information

We closely observe each student and allocate them to a level within their age group that we feel is suitable.

Every child grows and develops skills at different times, and a reminder to parent’s and students, this not a reflection of improvement. It is a safety procedure and guideline that we stand by to ensure students are not only safe, but also physically ready when moving up to the next level.

Fees

Please note: no fees can be refunded or credited once term commences.

Students will not be allowed to participate in class if fees are not finalised for insurance purposes.

Payment for the upcoming term will be automatically charged to the credit card on file two weeks before the term begins. We consider students to be enrolled on a continuous, term-by-term basis throughout the year. If a student will not be continuing, please ensure they are unenrolled from their classes via the parent dashboard before the scheduled payment date.

Every student is required to have ACROFIT tumbling socks for hygiene and safety purposes & are available for purchase at the studio for $5, cash only. If students forget to bring their tumbling socks, $5 will be charged for an additional pair.

Terms & conditions

Students are expected to attend class regularly. Please understand that we are unable to accommodate make up classes.
Studio doors will open at 3:50pm on weekdays and 8:20am on Saturdays.
Students are to arrive 5 minutes prior to class to ensure a smooth transition from the waiting room into the studio for roll call and warm up.
No bullying or harassment will be tolerated in any capacity. Parents/guardians will be contacted should this occur. 
Students are to treat others with respect and kindness at all times. We encourage students to create new friendships and memories while at ACROFIT.
No student is to leave the premises without a parent/guardian. A member of staff will be present during all pick ups and drop offs. 
Fees will not be refunded once the term commences under any circumstances. In the case of an injury, please contact our Administration team to discuss further. 
Enrolment renewal will happen automatically each term. If you are not planning on returning to ACROFIT, 2 weeks notice prior to the commencement of the following term is required to avoid being charged.
