ACROFIT Pre-Advanced & Advanced
Our Pre Advanced & Advanced classes are our most fast paced classes aimed at those students who have extensive acrobatic training and are looking to fine-tune and upgrade their current skills and foundations. In this class we will work on expanding current skills while simultaneously learning to perform everything safely and consistently. There is a skill requirement list for this class to avoid any students feeling overwhelmed. Please see skill requirements at the bottom of the individual class page - all tricks are to be performed unassisted and on the acro flooring unless otherwise stated.

Strength & Conditioning
Our custom Strength & Conditioning class, is aimed at improving athletic performance and long term overall health. It encompasses vital warm up and cool down practices, flexibility training, cardio, resistance and balance work to target every part of the body. We emphasise proper techniques to install exercise safety awareness. What sets this class apart is the focus on making every class enjoyable and diverse, promoting active participation and a lasting commitment to a healthy and safe lifestyle. Although this class is optional, we do highly recommend all students 9 years plus, to participate in-conjunction with the back to back acrobatic class.
