ACROFIT Tinies

In this class your child will develop a basic understanding of all things Acrobatics. We will work on the development of their physical strength skills, such as forward rolls & cartwheels, as well as basic motor skills and co-ordination. Specialised warm-ups and stretches will help to prepare their young bodies to build strength and basic acrobatics skills/knowledge all within a tailored 1-hour sessions. Each week they will cover different skills, drills and exercises to keep them engaged while building an all-around confident acrobat from a young age.

ACROFIT Pre-junior

Our Pre Junior age group, being one of our most popular age groups, will see students beginning to learn a wider range of acrobatic skills with a huge focus on strength. At this age it is imperative that children understand the strength required to correctly execute harder acrobatics skills. We work through a thorough warm up before moving into basic skills and techniques. Once the basics have all been covered the class will work through a serious of stations that will vary each week including the trampoline, the air-track, wall-bars, mini trampoline, balances, slow floor work and strength components.

ACROFIT Junior

Junior classes are comprised of students that have little to no acrobatics experience as well as students that have a few years of acrobatics skills under their belt. The best part of this class is that we are able to cater and work to several different levels, all while making everyone feel welcome and supported. This age group has no skill requirements meaning we are able to accommodate for everyone within the age bracket & will cover a vast range of acrobatics knowledge as well as physical strength and co-ordination. Incorporating every aspect of acrobatics in a fun and non competitive environment allows us to bring the best out of every student.

ACROFIT Pre-Advanced & Advanced

Our Pre Advanced & Advanced classes are our most fast paced classes aimed at those students who have extensive acrobatic training and are looking to fine-tune and upgrade their current skills and foundations. In this class we will work on expanding current skills while simultaneously learning to perform everything safely and consistently. There is a skill requirement list for this class to avoid any students feeling overwhelmed. Please see skill requirements at the bottom of the individual class page - all tricks are to be performed unassisted and on the acro flooring unless otherwise stated.

ACROFIT Teen

The newest ACROFIT class! This class is catered towards those students that enjoy the fun and pressure-free aspects of ACROFIT however don’t yet meet the skill requirements for the more advanced classes. Much like the junior classes, we will focus on strength and basic skills to further your child’s acrobatics knowledge while working towards their individual goals in an environment of students their own age allowing them to create meaningful memories and friendships. No matter what level, we encourage all students to participate and learn new skills and fitness based ideas for the benefit of their overall lifestyle.

Strength & Conditioning

Our custom Strength & Conditioning class, is aimed at improving athletic performance and long term overall health. It encompasses vital warm up and cool down practices, flexibility training, cardio, resistance and balance work to target every part of the body. We emphasise proper techniques to install exercise safety awareness. What sets this class apart is the focus on making every class enjoyable and diverse, promoting active participation and a lasting commitment to a healthy and safe lifestyle. Although this class is optional, we do highly recommend all students 9 years plus, to participate in-conjunction with the back to back acrobatic class.
